I would focus on ease instead of interest rate.Just use the same bank where you normally bank with and just create another account.I.E. if you bank with JP Morgan Chase, just create another personal account and just run transactions with that account.I would also create an online storage account where you can save your receipts.

I gave his respone a VOTE - you should too:)Only thing I can add is keep this easy for your company:- Tenant rents are deposited into YOUR company account- Require ownership partners to open a partnership bank account your company will send owner draws to.

Meaning you don't get any protection out of it while you have to deal with it, move the tile behind the back of the bank, because of a low interest rate residential loan - or you a higher rate commercial 5 year balloon - risky for its own reasons.You will probably disagree with me here, but personally I believe that if you start out and buy a 200k single family with 20% down the disadvantages of an LLC outweigh the potential benefits by far.

I do wish tenant messages would allow attachments for pictures, so sometimes I do find myself texting tenants if pictures are needed.
