My end goal is to do brand new homes but i want to start with a few flips.My major concern is working with general contractors, since I had a bad experience my first time around.Looking for a mentor as well specifically in new construction, willing to be your shadow and assist you wherever you need.Are you looking at residential, or looking to expand into subdivisions?

I'm from Detroit MI and I'm brand new to all of this I'm really just trying to get my feet wet and do my first deal.

You can always try yet another brand, but I am willing to bet your solution is elsewhere, above.Good luck!

You buy brand new construction and pay the premium for it, but yet every year the systems get older and you lose that premium value.

I am interested in refinancing a property.In the past, I’ve gone through the exercise of researching online and/or calling lenders in my area to find the best loan product.Lenders’ competitiveness changes all the time so it’s worthwhile to go through the exercise every time (as opposed to just going with who had the best rate last time).I am wondering if there’s anyone out there who is doing this as service ?

I would be careful with which attorneys you use and how they get paid. the ones that work on a take 50% of what is collected compared to an attorney that bills by the hour are two different strategies and make sure they have your best interest.
