Brand new on this app and brand new to Real Estate / Wanting Coaching / mentorship

Hey guys! Newbie alert here! I'm from Detroit MI and I'm brand new to all of this I'm really just trying to get my feet wet and do my first deal. I have a 815 credit score and NO debt currently and I'm looking to get into some Good Debt via investing some way into property and I've been watching vids and doing research but I still feel a little ill informed on what my best option is for a beginner in the Detroit Realm right now / if I can even get a loan big enough
