Most buyers looking for owner financing are doing so because they don't have the cash or credit or both to just pick up a loan at their bank of choice.

Yes the Class feature Cost a bit extra which is a bummer bet the support for it is amazing, and it is easy to allow access for Tax Accountants to pull the reports they need rather than my clients playing middleman. 

Best bet would be an equity partner

If you have investor money in the deals and you want higher quality reporting, then Yardi or RealPage are good choices.
