They will go on live and do unit tours, tour the amenities, take questions from the audience about the neighborhood, application process, etc.

I think business exec relocating for work for an extended period of time, traveling nurse, etc.What are some platforms or places I can market my rental to target that audience?

Lots of staff turnover, I go over something on one property and 2 months later have to revisit the same issue on an exact property sometimes because different people have been assigned, sometimes because the person is brand new. 

A single family has a wider audience (investor or home buyer) but 2-4 units still move.

You can have the greatest motivational speaker speak to an audience.

we had a gas hot water heater, big name brand with a six year warranty go out at about 6.5 years.

One brand is just less than 1/4” for about $2400 and the other is about 1/2” twice the thickness for about $3300. 

E-commerce offers the advantage of reaching a broad audience and reducing operating costs compared to traditional brick-and-mortar stores.
