Have you purchased a plot of land and sold it, If yes, did you make a profit?

Are you look for a brokerage to "hang your license" or a brokerage that has support, training, bricks & mortar office? 

I then divided land into 7 tracts, went through IDEM and installed a private lift station and sewer main, and finally had zoning and plot plan approved for constructing more duplexes on these parcels.

If you find some of the brick four plexes built in the suburbs I think you might do a little better.
