As mentioned above Im not sure which listing you want feedback on - but I did notice some typos and design flaws on your site, I recommend going through it with a fine tooth comb. 

I'm on a handful of off market email lists, but I have a feeling that even those are being combed through prior to being sent out. 

In the meantime, I would comb your local market's investor facebook page to find investor deals and get into the habit of analyzing deals and then running it by a trusted investor or agent.

@Joseph R Combs - Tampa Florida is a great market, but substantially increased in prices and insurance costs in recently years.

I combed through it in AirDna a while back.

The tool is a good start but not usable when we're combing through so many properties.

I struggled with this logic when I started out in 2018, and I'm here to tell you not every house has been combed through by investors.
