I’ve been looking to attend (and possibly speak at) more real estate and investor-focused conferences — especially those that cover midterm rentals, corporate housing, or property management trends.Networking and staying on top of industry shifts are a big part of how I grow and help others in this space, but I realized I might be missing out on some great upcoming events.So I figured I’d ask the community:- What real estate conferences, summits, or meetups are you planning to attend soon?

I’d love to connect with anyone who’s actively doing deals in the Phoenix or Greater Phoenix area.Are there any local real estate investment groups or meetups that people here attend regularly?

Whether you're looking to build equity, generate rental income, or simply find a place to call home, having a clear financial plan is crucial.Consider attending local real estate meetups or joining online forums where you can share experiences and gain valuable insights.

So far I've attended webinars for Grant Cardone, KRI Partners, Military to Millionaire, Active Duty Passive Income; just to name a few.According to the multi unit "seminars" I've been to, "buyins" begin at $50,000, there can always be a "call for cash", (another $50,000 to cover a shortfall) and ongoing drama.

.- If we have to go to court a lawyer has to represent the owner and I attend as a witness.

That's not a very promising start.Real estate investing takes attendance, training, persistence and time, especially if you intend on using creative financing.  

Attend real estate investing seminars and workshops, either in person or online, to gain insights and tips from experienced investors.Additionally, strengthen your network of reliable contractors, real estate agents, and financial advisors.
