Split masters is optimal but not always possible or necessary - but having designated bathrooms for those that are footing the bill can help differentiate your listing.

I know that there were certain things that needed fixing but then others are requests and I just had a difficult time differentiating between the two.

This is a great question and I think a differentiator for real estate investors on being able to anticipate some of these changes and making sure you are ready if they occur.

So it may not make that much difference, other than possibly affecting which properties get booked first if people see cancellation policy as a major differentiator.
