Has anyone in unincorporated areas of San Diego County (Fallbrook, Bonsall, Valley Center, etc.) ever applied for/been approved for dividing your lot?  

A wall added to divide the living area from the bedroom and an egress window in the bedroom.I have not priced out for the area but I assume I can rent it out for 600/700Looking to see does this blur the lines of house hacking or is this considered a full on "ADU" within the property.

My living rooms are 12’ X 22’, so I’m considering dividing a few to make 12’ X 9’ 3rd bedrooms, leaving living rooms of about 12’ X 13’.

Property in question is a total of 25acres divided in two tracks for sale.

If you take the number of page searches divided by the number of units and anything greater than 300 is good, greater than 600 is outstanding.

Determine the total cost of the refi and divide that by the monthly interest savings.

They have been trying to sell the house for over $400k with no interest for over a year and then finally divided some of the acreage off and sold it separately.  

I’ve been looking into setting up a RUBS system — probably billing tenants back for about 75% of the total monthly water/sewer bill, divided equally among all occupied units.I’ve read that some cities in Ohio (like Cleveland) prohibit or discourage RUBS, but I haven’t been able to find anything specific in the Euclid municipal code.
