I would ditch the bunk beds and add a dresser.

To my surprise, nearly every room—including the basement, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, attic, and bathroom—was filled with personal belongings: couches, a dog crate, fish tanks, dressers, TV stands, eleven tires, and significant trash. 

My student housing is fully furnished: beds, dressers, desks, pots pans, silverware, couch, chairs, everything. 

The table with the lighted mirror is actually a dresser, but I appreciate your point — we do have a desk setup in the main bedroom that I’ll make sure to highlight better. 3.

That twin bedroom needs art and at least one dresser in there.

Dressers, nightstands, table/chairs etc are less important. 

The item that I hate shopping for the most is dressers, and nothing else comes remotely close.
