Hello, I’m new to the game. Getting set to take off on my first fixer upper for equity. Looking to be fed from the experience you all may have to help me take action. 

Whenever you are doing new construction, there are a zillion things you have to cover, and in areas like San Diego, it matters.  

Talk to the city planning departmentLiterally ask them:“What would the city like to see on this parcel?”

@Tyler Rhoades surrounding yourself with like minded people is my #1 tip.
