The rate and points will also be highly sensitive to the LTV, credit score, DSC ratio, loan purpose, loan size, and property type. 

Hi @Franklyn Benjamin, the key is understanding exactly how the trust is structured and ensuring clear title can be transferred.

Since the property is already renovated and rented, there’s less opportunity for big deductions like rehab costs or bonus depreciation from a cost segregation study.Where investors sometimes miss out is depreciation planning, the turnkey provider sets everything up, but rarely talks about how to structure ownership or when to group properties for tax purposes.

As a former IT professional I would not recommend storing passwords in any solution that was not designed for that purpose.
