Houston to Dallas is four days ride (almost) by horse (Equus ferus caballus), a little faster by jet.

It was a rollercoaster ride to get things fixed because the tenant was not cooperating properly, and it seemed like he didn't want me to address the problems.

Especially if you get burners that ignite when you use them instead of old fashioned ones that are on constantly.

Buy in those neighborhood next door areas and ride the wave.

Holding properties longer than originally planned is also becoming common to ride out uncertainty and avoid selling at a loss.For us, the Club has been a way to hedge against these challenges.

Because of that, it's always smart to apply some good old fashioned common sense to whatever gets spit out at you!

Its been an amazing ride for us the last 12 or so years there building in that area and Park Circle.. we kind of pioneered new builds in park circle as well did about 20 there.  

It might sell faster or slower depending on the owner's love of riding lawnmowers. 

And in my advice, ride the tail-coat of them.
