What's your favorite source of OPM and how do you use it to scale wealth building? 

I see similar locations as a "Guest Favorite" on AirBNB.Based on my comps, a lowball rental estimate for long term would be $1900 monthly.However, on AirBNB, taking into account 66% occupancy of similar locations as well as a similar nightly fee, I would pull in around $3000 month as a lower estimate, not taking into account a peak season or heightened demand due to an event.

As the tenant moved in the first week like 5 things pop up ( leaks/ Water heater not working and several other small things) the total was 800$ i found a local guy to repair them but his labor plus trip charges and parts are racking up, and hes cutting us a deal because his per trip charge is $125 Range.

I have my favorites, but want to know other opinions.

They blew up our loan with 2.5 weeks to go by not properly disclosing fees, the broker was hard to reach, didn't get info to us as he should have and at the end was going to charge additional fees for a return trip appraisal because of their own error in not disclosing the lender requirements for the appraisal.
