LTR management fee is 10% standard with PMCs in Indy.

@Benjamin Louie ic systems has an upfront setup fee and advanced told me they don't collect in North Carolina 

The standard for me is that the tenant pays, but a couple times I offered to deduct the fee from the first month's rent to try tip them to "yes."
