I am looking for ways to reduce my tax bill outside oftraditional strategies for a w-2 employee (Max 401k, HAS, etc).

Having your own cleaner or employee can save on cost and allow more control, but it takes extra management and backup planning.

It's a sit and wait game for those HQ employees. 

Seems everyone under 30 is trying to make their fortune as an "influencer" on various social media channels.The few small business owners I've spoken to have told me finding employees is a challenge.
