thinking specifically what were you seeing with demand to know it was time to add units?

I have been pretty active on these forums, have helped several investors secure financing and have built my reputation from the bottom.

LLCs are not super cost effective and provide minimal protection depending on the state. 

Looked at and made offers on several parks before settling on this deal.

When you use a word like "necessary" you will not doubt get folks lined up on both sides of the issue.
