She seems to bounce to new ones every few months, then ghosted.6) Same as # 4.They supposedly used Constant Contact for the e-mail messages, so I respectfully asked if I can have a copy of the e-mail reports, they refused and called it absurd to request this information.

So I tried the BP tax pros tool, and it seems most of the tax pros that use that charge $3000+ minimum for a tax return with no consultation or advice included, or $4000-$7000 (!)

That said, not every rent-increase / renewal notice in NJ includes explicit “notice to vacate” language, and many standard lease software templates omit it.
