Any recommendations on what to watch out for when scouting buildings for sports-based businesses?

The new wire fraud charges center on alleged schemes to obtain and utilize pandemic assistance funds from the Boston Resiliency Fund for purposes not disclosed to the City, including for their own personal benefit, as well as to fraudulently obtain rental assistance payments from Boston’s Office of Housing Stability.

It doesn't seem like ethical behavior on part of the relator.I would get cost of professional remediation including HVAC system to see what rehab cost would be. 

I worked w a gal in Orlando and she got friendly with travel agents who specialized in larger groups and sport organizations (the latter of which there must be some for around A2?)

Also, I'd want a much nicer reward for owning 30 doors in Detroit long enough to pay the debt down to zero than a sports car :) The risk vs. reward doesn't get me excited.
