Their salesmen calls you hounding you to buy so far they don’t have a great way to filter out opportunities at t seems.

Look at T-bills vs hard money loans for extremes in rates and risk factors. 

I am holding a tax deed on a property in Alabama that ATT is interested in for a cell tower.
