When I first started in real estate, I thought the key to success was finding that one perfect property.But looking back, the thing that made the biggest difference wasn’t the deal — it was the foundation behind it.Here’s what I wish someone told me early on 1.

Some web searching has brought "Property Managers Inc." and "Integrity Pro" to my attention.

I can show you a website where $8.99 can get you a perfectly good drivers lisence and another site where you can by a complete identity for between $50-$400.

No lender with integrity wants to surprise their borrower, but no lender is perfect.

Vertical integration (rehab, property management) seems like a strength.

We've found it has superior reporting features and integration features, and is overall more efficient to work with than other REI-specific software.The downside is QBO is not set up for REI so that takes a bit of customization. 

Did they time the market perfectly?

I'm not integrated so I don't think it affects me.If it did affect me maybe Airbnb would actually get me some bookings!
