Does anyone have suggestion on how to streamline due diligence, locate more quality candidate investments, or just operate a healthy investment portfolio for this area of real estate?

For those of you who have successfully connected with wholesalers in your area(Metro Area), I’d appreciate any advice on:- How do you locate active wholesalers in your market(a very competitive market)?

If no other units in your building have the 2-person island, then it will be a great feature, but may draw too much attention, and questions.
