We put the home together with our own crew and I personally worked on the kit as well. 

A guarantee is only as good as the company offering it.I read that people like John Beck and the other gurus have phone staffs that harass you without mercy after you buy the "starter" kit.

I'm ideally looking for a modest house that my family and I can live in, on a good size piece of land that I can put kit A-frames on.

I have never used the Home Depot kit.

Are you offering the land and kit as a package sale ?

I ordered a custom satin aluminum framed kit a few years back about that size from a local glass shop.
