I’ve noticed a lot of people here doing well with plexes and smaller multifamily, but curious who’s syndicating larger 50+ unit apartments?

@Christopher Tinellimy first doors and second doors were all student rentals.

Even if the window/doors are not a common element, I would reach out to the HOA and request a copy of the contract between the HOA and the landscaping company.

I am NOT suggesting Open door or any other syndication is a scam.

We have 11 properties, 14 doors (8 SFR 3 Duplexes). 

He manages a building next door to mine and is very familiar with the neighborhood.

There's a house two door down that sold for $710,000 that's only a couple hundred square feet larger than ours. there are other houses in the neighborhood that sold around $500,000 to $550,000. thanks for your help!! 

Leverage them.If a larger developer is planning 20+ units 2 miles away, that’s actually a signal.
