Where can I find local investors that want to make tons of money?

Most everyone in the area takes their trash to a local dump station.

QQ for you; how do I actually find the local forum?

I am wondering (outside of the monthly meetups) are there any local investors on this forum that would want to connect and share ideas, strategies etc?

I would try and get a hold of a local Builder's Association.
