Would be nice to have a closet for things like: mops brooms, cleaning supplies, etc.

My cleaners aren't just mopping floors and emptying lint traps; they're my eyes on the ground every week or two.

Roofs (depends on type: hot mop maybe a decade, tile maybe 50 years, asphalt between the two).  

I know many will balk at me for spending so much on a vacuum but this auto-vac/auto-mop combo actually changed my life, coming home to such clean floors every day makes me so happy!

The big banks are going to mop of the assets of the small banks, larger operators are going to get more realistic prices on good assets, and the little guy is going to get the sharp edge of the stick!

We don't worry about whether cleaning is complete yet or not unless it's a total slob hole because people can see past dust on blinds and the floor needs to be mopped.
