Most adults can't get past this, and it's extra hard as a kid in a school where you're stuck seeing the same people every day, so don't expect to just change your mindset in 1 day, this is something everyone struggles with.

I found some land in a great location and want to put a small house on it, do short-term rental and use the space with my kids from time to time. 

Someone could go out and the fireworks are set off by a kid jumping the fence. 

Some will move with kids so adding bedrooms & ADU'S.

Sometimes it’s money, sometimes it’s time, and sometimes it’s just not wanting to move their kids mid-school year.Anyone else had a moment like this, where shifting your approach unlocked better conversations?

If you’re not going to go at least semi-commercial it’s a hobby, a character builder, MAYBE it pays a well as a paper route for a kid.  . 

The note I did with the seller was solid but a seller's kids and relatives can be really annoying.
