Does anyone rent to personal care homes operators and how do you find them

From what I can find this person lives there and is approximately 65 years old.

Another approach some take is exploring smaller, lower-cost properties nearby to live in, which keeps personal expenses down while letting the main property generate cash flow.

I would talk to a CPA and potential a real estate attorney in your area to see if it makes sense for you, but I have seen massive investors do multiple LLCS and massive investors do all personal name.
