Following up today to ask about the rent, they texted that they moved out on the 3rd and asked about why they didn't provided notice they texted back stating that the places they're looking at won't hold for 30 days and rant about maintenance issues that were addressed, also stating feeling uncomfortable when the patio glass shattered possibly from something or someone.
