Town homes worth it
Wife and I have a property that has a detached ADU on the side we currently rent. Our mortgage is $4k and we get $1500 from our renter.
We are thinking of buying another property, and we love a town home that we saw. The hoa is $385. We can see ourselves living here atleast for 7 years. Would this be a great purchase and possibly an investment property after?
