@Benjamin Schlais you can general market and advertise on any and all platforms, it would would simply be up to you to direct your applicants or leads to the system they will use once approved.

@Drew Sygit Your original response sounded like your standard was don't advertise/show which would result in alot of vacancy, what you are outlining is a more balanced approach where in some cases you do advertise and show prior to vacancy if it is right for that property/tenant that to me is logical.

That would be the bottom line, but I wouldn’t advertise the bottom line.
