I know that you know that a wave of foreclosures is not a realistic scenario, because it would require negative home equity on a large scale - otherwise, if you can't make the payments anymore it's just a regular sale.

The only downside is that it doesn’t allow phone calls, so we use our regular lines for anything that requires a verbal conversation.For mailing notices, violations, and any documents that need to be formally served, we use Mailform (www.mailform.io).
