Luckily I still have my regular bank account and I don't keep all my funds in baselane or I would have been in a serious bind. 

My small true log cabin is higher per sq ft to insure than my 5,000 sq ft indoor pool cabins, made with log look concrete siding and monitored fire suppression. 

We could handle two move outs at the same time, but when we hit three at the same time we would have loved to outsource it.We would also love to have someone else hire and monitor landscaping, all maintenance, verifying previous landlords and employment, or rent collection while we are out of town.
