You actually see that a lot - the real estate guru makes more money through mentorships, master-minds and regurgitating the same info over and over.

YouTube viewership is down - it's the same regurgitated stuff over and overSo again, BP is dwindling.

I can't even go on, the rest is just regurgitated BS from some know-nothing who has zero care for what he's doing past how much $$$$ he can make off people. 

Just trying to find the solution, and house hacking is becoming a regurgitated trend to follow here that isn't worth what's spouted about it.

There are many paths to take for many different people, but what you have suggested is one of the best methods to build wealth and achieve FI.I concur with you that people sometimes misunderstand the use of those metrics because it has been overstated and regurgitated without experience behind it.I've checked so many private investment, syndication how they  do  the business , professional investors ,etc.At the end of the day 99% they waiting for the final bonus check.What really matter is really when the house is being sold.

Based on what I have seen from MOST internet gurus, they are offering very basic, table stakes type in info that they regurgitate from some other guru online who offers it for free. 

I am only regurgitating the story's that they have told me (other than the over inflated sales pitch your team made to me years ago).I will gladly share the fees we charge - $0.

But not regurgitating propaganda and rhetoric to brow beat a person into conformity as thankfully few do, I have no patience for that garbage. 

If we hadn’t been fraudulently lead to believe it was a cash deal, we would have not said it was a cash deal and I wouldn't be out $10,000 of EM and a realtor threatening to sue me for their lost commission.I have 25 years in this business and have never experienced the out in out lies this company has continuously regurgitated to us, knowing all along the deal wasn’t going to go thru.
