Screen all tenents over 18 the same regardless of their occupation .

Hi everyone,I’ve been getting more inquiries from traveling nurses, and several experienced landlords told me that I don’t need to heavily screen the nurse themselves because they’re already thoroughly vetted by their employer and staffing agency.

@Nick Copland I list my properties on Furnished Finder and utilize their tenant screening tool for screening applicants, which I find to be very straightforward.

Mapping it out is easy using the lot size, sqft, bed/bath count, property type, local rents, and location.

We do self-guided tours and send our screening criteria upfront so prospects can prescreen themselves before applying.

OP what type and size of deals are you seeing flow? 

I think I would use a parking space lease and treat it like dealing with other lease agreements - only leasing to people who meet your screening criteria.
