Sort of the same as above.  99% of our interactions with guests is very positive but the 1% can put a bad taste in anyone's mouth. 

This left a slightly bitter taste in my mouth, but I'm not sure if I approached it in the wrong way. 

The employment has been on a good growth pattern for a while.For an investor in your position looking to grow a portfolio I would suggest looking at a smaller multi unit.  2-4 unit properties will get you a taste of multi fam but you will still be able to qualify for the property with normal residential financing.

Most lenders max out around 90% of property value they will lend on - less existing loans.You've tasted early success, but you've yet to deal with a challenge or failure. 

My first taste of RE was a house hack in Bozeman in 2016 and I currently own an investment property with 2 doors in Livingston, Montana.

They get a taste of all that and also get paid for getting you a new tenant.  

Your taste is clearly spot-on elsewhere!
