If you want to track mortgage rates and you have a smart phone, there are two ways to do this.

The attached chart is the 10-Year Treasury and you need to watch it closely (“TNX” on your smart phone’s stock ticker).

They aren’t smartphone pictures.

But in the lending space, we may need to collect W2s, paystubs, bank statements and the like, and I'm thinking it might be easiest for clients to send a lot of it via smartphone photos.

So, no hassle for me to track them down, no checks to deposit, no cash to worry about, just a quick look on my smartphone and I see the funds.

Kind of everything that's expensive that we need, like smartphones to computers, to servers, to microchips, etc.

@Greg Scott yes you're right I couldn't figure them out by accessing the website on my smartphone but I got on a normal computer and it is clearly laid out. 

Computer or Smartphone, an internet connection, a blank Purchase and Sales Agreement, and Assignment Contract, an investor friendly title company or lawyer(depending on which one your state uses for closings), a bank account..

I would suggest using a mileage tracking app on your smartphone - they make it pretty simple to record trips and generate reports.
