Made some decent money acting in commercials and doing professional theatre for a little.Filmed my school's football team and edited a hype video... worked my way up to getting paid to make videos for various teams and events.Tried to start a clothing brand, got a few sales, not proud to say I lost passion, focus and gave up.Started a YT channel, grew to 1,000+ subscribers, kids at school found it and I slowly stopped posting.Volunteered at a local church, started as a camera operator, showed up consistently, learned a ton and eventually worked my way up to working as director of the broadcast team for a couple of services. 

I now teach soccer and life skills to children ages 3-8, but looking at real estate as additional income to become financially free.

It’s truly scary how this platform offers people the opportunity to spread falsehoods and broadcast their ignorance.

I think a lot of its fame can be attributed to MTV for broadcasting it as a popular spring break destination.  

I entered my 30's this year, work in management consulting, I'm passionate for soccer, music, and all things personal finance. 

Get a pre-inspection that your broadcast with it showing all green-lights, market the heck out of it and press to get multiples.
