Once it gets really cold, people here tend to stay put nobody wants to move when it’s freezing or snowing.That said, it’s usually easier to rent a place in the spring and summer since that’s when more people naturally move (job changes, school breaks, etc.).

We are looking to possibly sell it just so we can purchase a house of our own locally where we reside.

On the negative, we are about to enter the 4 slowest months of occupancy.   12% occupancy for Oct is not good.

We recently have had some complaints of furniture having some wear and tear on them which has been a reality check that we need to go tidy things up at a couple of homes. 

We are replacing now several concrete driveways every year, we have started a few years ago with the worst ones.

I like the ability to attract both summer tourists to a lakeside community and skiers/snowboarders for a year-round draw.The Lehigh Valley LTR market is also quite competitive, though I'm seeing an increasing number of deals hitting the market since the summer.
