A momma in control.

Can the heirs sign a contract contingent upon them opening probate, or is it legally safer to wait until a formal Executor/Administrator is appointed by the Surrogate's Court in Erie County before signing anything?

We were able to help this NBA player walk from any PG on the loan. although his 7 baby momma's who had child support liens all got some money to release their liens.Most all my foreclosure rescue or actually all of it the homes had equity other wise I would not fool with them..  

For whatever its worth, a lot of the parents I believe see us as "surrogate" parents, rather than leaving their kids with a creep landlord or a corporate conglomerate.

Landlords can file a petition to examine the residence with the Surrogate’s Court in the county where the decedent was a resident.Best bet is to ask a lawyer so you are protected.

Maybe it's state specific where you are doing licensed work without a license that opens you up to surrogate on?
