Something with a first-floor guest suite or a separate entrance for one of the rooms could also work well, both for now and for attracting renters later.The good news is that any solid single-family home in those school districts transitions very smoothly into a rental.

unfortunately I fear we will run out of the will to keep the law suit going much longer.best wishes The IRS does however define it regardless of local laws.

If you have a contractual agreement with the lender that covers this scenario, you can try to enforce any violations of it with a suit, but good luck with that.

Ideally you’re looking for a duplex or a house with a guest suite or basement setup.
