I am in the process of purchasing multiple (6-8) SFRs in a package. 

my calculator is not working correctly when inputing numbers larger than 4 digits... Not going to be easy to analyse deals....it returns a NaN when I want to input more than 4 digits... I'm on a mac air M2 Chrome and ...

Make sure there's no ambiguity on where things like the cardboard boxes and Trader Joe's bags should go (if you have recycling, what day of week it's picked up etc.) 

I finally found a property that will cashflow, im in the middle of getting multiple quotes for the rehab work that needs to be done.  

Also, one thing I’ve seen firsthand is that good bookkeeping and clean documentation make all the difference once you start juggling multiple businesses and properties. 

@Zachary Sneed - Submission of multiple mortgage applications at the time of each purchase should not be an issue for your credit score, as long as you do them all within a short period of time (such as within 30 days).
