It can be an issue if you require the tenants to maintain for SFR when occupied - sometimes they don't:(- Then we get a warning or ticket from the city, which our lease states the tenant is responsible to reimburse us for along with a Processing Fee of $x for our time.If vacant or MFR, we have lawns cut every 2 weeks, or as needed.
