i went through this in 09  and promptly burnt out with all the joker brokers and slang they slung around.. never could figure out why all those folks waste time on deals that will never ever close. 

I've found myself absolutely intrigued by the idea of getting around this town on an ebike.

You should never make a claim under $5k, and I wouldn’t make one under $10k for just this reason.
