I am talking about those shopping centers that have 5 stores and a small parking lot. one of the stores is like a tailor shop, another is like a nail salon, maybe an indian grocery store. you know what i mean?

This way, the cleaning fee gets sent directly to the cleaners, and now we only get our percentage of the nightly rate instead of going back and forth with the owners collecting cleaning fees.I own and manage a few short-term rentals in Indian Rocks Beach, Largo, and Seminole.

Ill have to check with client but I believe he had State Farm at his Indian Rocks Beach house.

Maybe we could put some of that money in South Chicago where kids need police protection to get to school, or at the Indian Reservation an hour or so from me where many kids don't even have shoes.
