An LLC is not free.

I want to transfer the title to my MA LLC before renters are in.

I manage a coinvesting club where we use LLC's for each investment.

Especially if you name the entity as your name with LLC attached.  

Hello all, I finally got around to having my LLCs set up through and attorney and it appears I have been left hanging here.Attorney initially opened 3 California LLCs as well as 1 Wyoming LLC.

Hello and thank you in advance.If a rental property is put into a land trust with an LLC as trustee, where you own the LLC 100%, and want to put the LLC as a named insured on the rental property insurance, there are some insurance company's that allow it and some that don't claiming too much risk.

Since it is my first property, is it best to just do it from my personal or is it best to form an LLC prior?
