I believe there was a podcast episode about the baby boomers aging and dying that touched on this and of course, we've all seen areas that have had local population shrinkage and real estate values have plummeted.

My husband and I are eager to get back into real estate investing but I am recently post partum with a baby boy. 

We are parents to 1 baby boy and 2 dogs, I am an avid golfer, I'd give myself a B+ chef, and a proud member of hog nation.

Now in their 30s and 40s, many are earning more, advancing in their careers, and thinking long-term.According to The Wall Street Journal, Millennials now hold more wealth than Gen X or Baby Boomers did at the same age — a shift that’s giving them more freedom to choose where and how they want to build stable, rewarding lives.

I keep the PnP in the master bedroom closet, the baby gates are right in the dining room and the high chairs are stored in the dining room buffet.

It is essentially, my baby.
