Also I question some of that quote how it's put together - it looks to me like they're not going to replace all the beadboard, but just the part that's ruined with aluminum soffit.

I'll jump in on this thread (even if it's necro), and say that I'd like a Tri-Cities sub or even a "South-Eastern WA" sub to swallow up everything from Walla Walla to Yakima to Moses Lake.

If at all possible, try to make sure the wiring is copper......not aluminum!
