49 and 44 year old physician/realtor couple with the 49 yo physician looking to transition to partial/full retirement from medicine in about 3 1/2 years. 

I have been a Functional Medicine Health Coach for 9 years and also plan to launch my corporate wellness program there as well. 

@James McGovern  he does not need to understand if the use is medicinal or recreational he just needs the tenant to respect the lease.

I can do bathrooms for $1500 (upgrade, not replace all), new floor, vanity, medicine cabinet, paint. 

I would just say that the part of your brain that does medicine is different than the part that does REI.

I am in Medicine, most patient sue us Doctors not for mistakes we make, but lack of transparency/information, it forces us to give information.

Hey everyone,I recently made the leap from a career path in medicine to real estate investing.

I believe a veterinarian can do an allergy test on a dog to find out what the dog is allergic to, and may be able to prescribe some medicine to help the dog (Maybe a veterinarian in here could weigh in on this)???
